So, you have joined the club. What next?
In Queensland, you must wait at least six (6) months after joining a pistol club before you can apply for your Category H licence.
You will also need to compete in minimum number of matches and demonstrate proficiency in your chosen discipline for City of Brisbane Pistol Club to support an application for your licence. The proficiency requirements will be determined by each discipline, refer to the training material or contact the club for more details.
You should fill out your Range Book (or online form) have a Range Officer sign-off on every practice session and match. You will need these to support your licence application.
